- Reflected Light is what the camera captures when making a photograph - light reflected from the subject to the lens or the eye. that last one is called Phacelia linearis, "line-leafed phacelia" thanks so much for the beautiful photos, it is so nice to look at from my vantage here at the cold, muddy and snowy oil field hotel in prudhoe bay, AK.
